What are Loamu Scoops?
Loamu Scoops are kawaii-style mystery box sets with cute items: plushies, accessories, stationery, and other surprises. Each scoop is a unique discovery! ✨

What will I get inside?
It's a surprise! 🤫 Each set is unique – we cannot reveal the contents beforehand. We can only say that all items are high-quality and kawaii! 💗

Can I choose what I get?
No – that's the charm of a mystery box! However, you can choose the theme or category of the set.

Can a mystery box be returned?
No. According to Lithuanian law and due to their unique nature, opened mystery box sets are non-returnable. More information can be found in our Return Policy.

How long does shipping take?
Lithuania: 2–5 business days. EU countries: 5–10 business days. Other countries: 10–21 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. 🌍

Is free shipping available?
Yes! For orders over €50, shipping within Lithuania is free. 💗

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
