Loamu Scoops adheres to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. 💗
❌ Mystery box / Scoop sets – non-returnable
According to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose nature does not allow them to be returned.
Mystery box / Scoop sets are of a unique nature – surprise boxes with a pre-unknown content. An opened box cannot be returned to its original condition, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply to these goods. 🎁
✅ Individual items – returnable within 14 days
For other goods, the standard consumer right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods applies (according to Article 6.228(9) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return costs are paid by the buyer
- Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return
⚠️ Defective items
If you received a defective item – contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send a photo. We cover the return costs for defective items. 💕
